LeJuan Strickland is the owner of Metropolitan Strategies and Solutions, LLC. LeJuan has over 15 years of experience in creating and assisting government agencies and organizations in improving processes through evaluation and proper data analysis.

LeJuan works with clients across industries, primarily serving businesses and community organizations that conduct business with local and federal governments.

Michael Taylor has over eight years’ experience delivering next-generation user experiences to world-class organizations in the private and public sectors. His career is focused on incubating disruptive technologies that can meet mission-critical business needs and set leading organizations apart from their competitors.

Sydney designs thoughtful and data-oriented solutions for clients. After working in emergency management and studying urban resilience, she is adept at leading teams on government projects to distill actionable insights, improve UI/UX, and embed equity.
