​Mona is an Emergency Management Consultant working with the New York City Emergency Management Department's Data Team. Mona is actively involved in managing projects related to a high-priority humanitarian crisis. Mona's previous experience includes working with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health during the height of the pandemic and the International Rescue Committee supporting the successful resettlement of Ukranian and Afghan refugees in the United States. With a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Yale University, she is using her expertise to address public health challenges and crisis management.
