His expertise lies in transforming how clients navigate their most critical challenges, whether through strategic development or crisis management.

 

As Deputy Director of Operational Strategy, he leverages a blend of continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and data analytics to drive long-term strategic growth and rapid, effective decision-making. This includes reimagining urban climate policies, transforming customer experiences, and helping organizations respond to and recover from disasters.

Antonio's commitment to public services is deeply rooted, stemming from a family legacy of public school teachers, military personnel, and farmers. This upbringing instilled a profound sense of service and dedication to community, a principle that has guided his career at every turn. From logging over 2,000 hours in active pandemic, hurricane, and extreme weather response to delivering impactful national reports, strategic plans, and data products, his work consistently centers on improving citizens’ lives.

Outside of his career, Antonio loves learning new languages, playing the piano, and continuing his lifelong passion for soccer.
