As a researcher, strategic thinker, and data designer with over four years of experience, Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Virginia. She thrives in areas of uncertainty, designing data-driven solutions for government agencies looking to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their policies and programs.

 

She has successfully worked with 10 federal and local clients, ranging from health, developmental disabilities, emergency management, paid family leave, education, and pension insurance. With her breadth of work, she has established cross-cutting methodologies that support data-driven decision-making across various subject areas while still tailoring solutions to unique contexts and environments.

 

Elizabeth is a logical thinker and empathetic storyteller, ensuring she develops solutions that feel good for the brain and soul. She loves to pair problem-solving with creativity and does so in and out of work with her sewing projects and cooking experiments!
