Erin is a strategic advisor with over 15 years of experience across public, private, and international organizations focused on health, migration, and humanitarian response. As an Incident Management Team Planner and Subject Matter Expert with MSS, she led strategic planning efforts and strengthened operational readiness in complex emergency contexts to provide mass care and shelter services to hundreds of thousands of vulnerable individuals. 
 
She is known for her ability to synthesize complex information and work under pressure in rapidly evolving environments, facilitating evidence-based decisions and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Erin has proven success in coordinating high-impact initiatives, developing capacities for change, and formulating policies into actionable plans. She brings expertise in policy advisory, strategic planning, evaluation, inter-agency coordination, capacity building, and human rights-based approaches. 
 
Erin holds a Master of International Relations/Political Science degree from The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland, and an MBA from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and CIMBA Italy.
