As a strategy and data-minded professional, Isabella Esposito is passionate about helping public institutions operate more effectively. She has experience supporting public agencies through strategy, collaboration, and data analysis. She translates complex challenges into actionable insights by connecting individual experiences to large-scale solutions.

Her strategic initiatives have consistently driven engagement, as evidenced by her leadership in a philanthropy campaign that surpassed previous participation records by 10%. She also has hands-on experience conducting and evaluating over 100 interviews to determine candidate fit. She has coordinated large organizational outreach programs, including leading events, increasing participation, and managing their data.

At MSS, her work combines strategy and analytics to help agencies deliver services more efficiently. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, crafts, and hearing about people’s pets (pictures always welcome!).
