For the last fifteen years, my mission has been to help world-class organizations make better decisions with their data. I built my career on the principle of blending deep data analytics with human-centered design, creating solutions that are not only effective but also intuitive, elegant, and genuinely useful for my clients who rely on them. My core belief is that the most powerful outcomes emerge from blending rigorous data analysis with a relentless focus on the user.

My professional journey was forged at a top global consulting firm, where I honed this integrated approach, leading a multidisciplinary innovation lab. There, I guided teams of designers, analysts, data scientists, and application engineers to deliver breakthrough solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

As the Director of Analytics and Human-Centered Design at MSS, I had the privilege of building our consulting practice from the ground up, leveraging my high-stakes experience successfully delivering over 65 projects for more than 30 clients across a variety of industries.

Underpinning my entire career is a personal commitment to service. This value has always been in my heart, leading me to serve my country as an Officer and UH-60 Blackhawk pilot in the Army National Guard. The lessons I learned leading soldiers on combat missions in Afghanistan, the importance of leading by example, absolute precision, and grace under pressure, are principles that I live and preach to our MSS team every day.

Outside of my professional life, I am a dedicated father and enjoy the focus, physical challenge, and discipline of Brazilian jiu-jitsu, mountain biking, and skiing.
