Rashaun is a creative strategist with an intuitive understanding of people, systems, and narratives. For nearly four years, he has helped organizations solve problems where vision meets execution. Whether in transforming operations, clarifying the message for hard-to-reach populations, or implementing people-centered change, he designs strategies that realize impact.

With a background in communications and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Rashaun brings creative media solutions to complex projects. Over the past three years, He's led change initiatives across government, from Paid Family Leave to public education systems, city municipalities, and a 27-branch library network. His work has helped shape policy, enhance service delivery, and support agency-wide innovation.

Rashaun is a culture champion. He delivers visual presentations and interactive environments that encourage collaboration, enable interdepartmental clarity, emphasize inclusivity, and promote authenticity. His work spans engagement, transformation, process improvement, training and development, performance management, and organizational redesign.

Outside of MSS, Rashaun is a digital creator and mixed-martial artist. He is currently continuing his education at the University of the District of Columbia as he remains focused on helping organizations improve client services.
