Sydney Pedigo
DEPUTY DIRECTOR
As a manager and solutions designer at MSS, Sydney Pedigo guides complex public sector projects by blending rigorous analysis with human-centered design.
She leads teams and works closely with client leadership on their most pressing issues, from data strategy to full-scale system modernization. She leverages this approach to deliver tangible outcomes, such as increasing claimant benefits, automating processes, and guiding a state’s ~$1B system modernization investment.
Underpinning this work is a personal commitment to improving the systems that shape our lives. Her background in urban planning provides a unique perspective on how government services and policy intersect to build more equitable and resilient communities.
Sydney holds a Master of Urban Planning from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
When she’s not problem-solving for clients, you can talk to her about bouldering, writing, pottery, or cats, and she will happily clear her schedule.
